Billing
Memberships are billed automatically each month. If a payment fails, the membership is marked past due and benefits are paused until payment is made.
Rollover
Recovery Membership: a maximum of one unused massage may roll over. Recovery Plus: one unused massage may roll over.
Pause & cancel
You may pause, resume or cancel your membership. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Member discount
Members receive 10% off additional massage sessions while their membership is active.
